Our Mission

Gateway Management Consulting's mission is to help to inform millennials of investment opportunities through real estate syndication. Millennials are the largest and most diverse group in the US making up roughly 21% of the total population. According to a 2019 report done by Coldwell Banker, nearly 1% of millennials are millionaires and that number is expected to grow as we continue to enter into the 'Great Transfer of Wealth.' As millennials continue to break records, the wealth gap continues to get wider for minority millennials making it harder to pass down generational wealth. GMC aims to empower all millennials and especially minorities to use real estate investments as an additional income stream while closing the wealth gap.

What is an Accredited vs
Non Accredited Investor?

To keep it short and sweet, accredited investors have a net worth of over $1 million (excluding primary residence) or make $200k as a single person or $300k as a couple for the last two years. Non-accredited investors are the the opposite - that's right, if you don't meet the criteria for an accredited investor you are by default a non-accredited investor.

According to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commissions (who makes the rules in this area), your investment options are limited to your investor status.
